Victorian Junior Basketball League (2026 Season)
The Victorian Junior Basketball League (VJBL) in which the Panthers play is an elite representative competition, where players will have the opportunity to represent Doncaster Basketball against other associations under the umbrella of Basketball Victoria.
The representative program is for players who are committed to developing their basketball skills and knowledge of the game.
All players in a team at representative level have an important role to play and due to the nature of the competition players are not guaranteed equal court time. Some determining factors for court time are a player’s attitude towards their teammates and their coach, their skill level, their willingness to listen, their commitment and the continual improvement required across the season.
Team selection is decided based upon a try out process.

Sunday September 28th 2025
Sunday October 5th 2025
Sunday October 12th 2025
Session Times:
Under 12 Boys: 9:00am - 9:50am
Under 14 Boys: 10:00am - 10:50am
Under 16 Boys: 11:00am - 11:50am
Under 18 Boys: 12:00pm - 12:50pm

Games are played on Friday Nights (U12-U18)
The Doncaster Panthers Junior teams play against teams from across Melbourne. Teams play at 2 levels:
Victorian Championship: Known as "VC', and is the highest level at which junior teams can play.
